Christian Mix Inet - On Air
CMI operates a local area network of three machines. The main server is a Compaq Presario SR1901WM dual-core box. The others are home built and are primarily support machines used for back up and additional online music storage. We have almost a terrabyte of hard drive storage for music.
We broadcast through a Aesis Multimix 8 mixer with a MXL-990 suspension microphone.
Our broadcast software is Spacial Audio's SAM Broadcaster. This amazing software handles our rotation, HTML pages for requests and playlists, and cirrently playing pages. It is quite flexible and detail capable. (I am just not a programmer).
Our website is designed by myself and I use Coffeecup HTML Editor and SiteSpinner from Virtual Mechanics.
Our statistics and listener data is maintained by Sawmill. (Now if I can just figure out what all that data means!)
