Christian Mix Inet Web Radio Ministry
The music is our ministry. What started out to be a personal ministry to myself, soon developed into an internetational presence. Over my two dozen years of commercial and terrestrial radio, I loved the industry. I had the opportunity to meet many of the artists and musicians as they toured through the various towns that I worked in. To the most part, they are just hard working people that have been led to a lifestyle and mission of music. Some fascets of that mission are an extreme struggle, and many don't make it. To the most part, the industry is exhilerating, fascinating, and fun. It is the fun part that I miss the most.
Not being a musician or musical talent of any kind, I lean on these counterparts to fill in for me. They can sing, they can play their instruments, they can write. Three things I could never do. I don't know which part of the brain this artistic function comes from, but I must have been dropped on that side of the head as a child.
Music, stirs us, speaks to our soul. It cuts through to the very core of our spirit. The lyrics can transport us to other worlds and other times. Similar to reading a book, music can permeate our being and cause us to feel emotion and think thoughts that we might not have been capable of feeling or thinking with.
I love music, I love the artists and have dedicated Christian Mix Inet to this purpose. All in the effort of praise and worship of our dear Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Listen to the lyrics. Maybe your not into rap, or your migrane prevents you from enduring some of the rock beats, but all-in-all, it is the ministry of the message that comes through. It must have a message and a purpose. Otherwise I will not play it.
