What is the best thing about being an artist? The chance to meet other believers and hear how God works in their lives.
What is the worst thing about being an artist? Not sure that anything is worse...only a wonderful adventure with the Lord.
What is your biggest career embarrassment? I have not had any major embarrassment yet except the inadequacy I feel within at times wondering why in the world God would call me to do this job when there are more experienced, smarter, more faithful people to call.
Most memorable career concert? Honestly, early on I ministered at a local nursing home. The majority of folks were crippled, in wheelchairs, blind or mute. I will never forget the smiles on their faces and how unashamedly they lifted their hands to praise God...even in despair.
Most memorable moment in creating yourmost recent record? The first time I listened to it...I was like .."I cant believe this.."
What is your favorite hometown hangout? My church sanctuary:))
What is something you want others to know about you? That I pray constantly to be "real" in my walk with Christ. To not be fake or pretend. That my heart longs for acceptance and compassion through my journey.
Favorite Vacation spot? My family loved Branson, MO or my daughter and I are very fond of Nashville, TN.
Who has been the most influential person in your career? Beth Moore- a Bible teacher from Houston, Tx has been used by the Lord on numerous occasions to teach me, touch me, and to humble me.
How did you get into the music industry? The Lord whispered it in my heart...and I just ended up here:)
